Working with Speak First and Maersk, I helped visualise a global learning experience for leaders and managers across the organisation. This was my first full Ed-tech project, where I collaborated closely with content creators to turn complex training material into a clear, engaging learning journey.
As the Global Graphic Designer at Speak First, I was responsible for:
- Translating learning content into a cohesive visual journey
- Creating all design assets and managing deliverables and timelines
- Ensuring every touchpoint was fully aligned with the Maersk brand book
The Challenge
Maersk wanted the programme to feel like a seamless, branded experience from the first invitation email to the final workshop. The learning content was customised for Maersk, and it was crucial that it:
- Felt genuinely “Maersk” at every step
- Communicated a shift from “logistics company” to global integrator focused on people development.
- Worked consistently across digital, print and motion
