Lepaya is one of Europe’s leading blended training platforms, connecting workforce upskilling directly to measurable business outcomes. I worked at Lepaya as a graphic designer across multiple capacities, in a diverse and fast-paced environment that encouraged close collaboration with learning content designers, interaction designers, and product stakeholders. Together, we translated complex subject matter into clear, accessible, and engaging digital learning experiences.
One of the key challenges was working within a pre-existing design ecosystem while evolving a new visual vocabulary to support Lepaya’s growing needs. I contributed across a wide range of deliverables, including platform UI, instructional video storyboarding, gamified learning content, training presentations, print media, in-house marketing, and market launch campaigns. This breadth of work allowed me to view projects through multiple stakeholder perspectives and gain a deeper understanding of how design decisions impact learning, product, and business goals.
Another significant outcome of my time at Lepaya was the hands-on experience of working with clients across a wide range of industries. I supported stakeholders in creating end-to-end, bespoke learning journeys for clients such as Maersk, Univar, Bosch, Just Eat, and ING, among others. This involved adapting off-the-shelf learning assets into client-specific brand ecosystems and crafting cohesive learning experiences that felt native to each client’s identity while maintaining Lepaya’s instructional integrity
